Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Calminded pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at support@calminded.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
